They are focused on stock buy back to benefit investors but they don't offer stock refresh to employees.

Really strong pay with great bonus and equity in the company. I literally used just equity to buy my house.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Overtime is not paid. Too much work without a thank you.

The compensation may be market comparable but not competitively comparable. Therefore the market is changing.
