Overtime is not paid. Too much work without a thank you.

The compensation may be market comparable but not competitively comparable. Therefore the market is changing.

Everything here is bad! Avoid this dumpster fire.

Always willing to help - however all are burned out . New comers are a disaster because they are brain washed by managers, encouraged bullying to gain their favor .

Too much work, teams are understaft, too many burocracy.

Trust your people and perform a backgroud ckeck before recruiting new employees . Stop putting too many managemnt layers and favor family friends you will eventually kill the business
