Ms. Donna Kimmel serves as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Citrix Systems, Inc. Ms. Kimmel served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Sensata Technologies B.V., Sensata Technologies, Inc. and Sensata Technologies Holding NV since January 2007. Ms. Kimmel served as Vice President, Human Resources at Sensata since 2006. Ms. Kimmel served as Human Resources Manager for the S&C business of Texas Instruments since January 2005 and as Vice President of Texas Instruments since 2005. Prior to that, Ms. Kimmel served as Worldwide Business HR Manager for the Broadband Communications Group of TI from January 2000 to January 2005 and as Worldwide Manager of Leadership and Organization Development for TI from 1997 to January 2000. Prior to joining TI, Ms. Kimmel held various human resources management positions in the financial services industry. Ms. Kimmel has more than 30 years of experience in HR. Before joining Citrix in November 2015, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at International Game Technology. Prior to IGT, Ms. Kimmel served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Sensata Technologies. She also held leadership positions at Texas Instruments and Fannie Mae. Ms. Kimmel holds a Master's of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Delaware.
