There is lot of office politics and female employee's favoritism happening leading to high level of employee dissatisfaction and attrition every year.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to stop groupism and favoritism by management to female employee ruining office working environment and increase lot of dissatisfaction in other employees as they are not fairly treated by management .
