Very good, sometimes stressing but is something <i can deal with

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is down to listen

What did you like most about the interview process?

I enjoy that the manager was being pretty friendly

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I enjoy the payments and bonuses more tan anything else.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

No one is there to put anyone down, everyone is a team

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to help others and y own team being there for me

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I enjoy watching them work with one another as a unit, there is a lot leadership and not a lot of bossing to be honest.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Back to back phone calls can be tiring. Wish there was a way to break it up by switching to chat or email services during the day.
