What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy watching them work with one another as a unit, there is a lot leadership and not a lot of bossing to be honest.

I enjoy the payments and bonuses more tan anything else.

Back to back phone calls can be tiring. Wish there was a way to break it up by switching to chat or email services during the day.
