This is one of the best company to work for.

City is a fairly new company in the U.S market. With that there is a large learning curve. Not well organized and low level communication, but the with that said Everyday it gets alittle bit more on track, by hiring more technicians and overall improvements.

This is the first company that I have worked for that truly believes in advancement within the company. I love working here looking forward to many more years. I have met some truly amazing and terrific people.

I have found that when it comes to bonuses or pay , they are slow. Low annual raise every year. Work is always good and challengingas with dealing with customers. My best experience is seeing my The VP of Field Operations out in the field with all the techs and encouraging us to keep pushing and that we are doing a great job.

They listen and ask for feedback.

Everything they ate no one thing that stands out

In my opinion the cost-of-living raise that we get Is appreciated but no matter how good or bad of a technician everybody gets the same raise. It is my personal opinion that we should have other races besides the cost of living raise.

I am in top region, SME, on multiple work crews like Hurricane etc. my pay is not bad but not enough for skills and knowledge.

I can make more elsewhere and have considered it This point in me and my familes life its about todays paycheck

The team will pull together to help out with any issue.

Our team will stick together in busy times to get the job completed!

Everybody works well together and willing to help each other out at any time. The longer the team is together the more of a unit they become.

Familiarity. They are fun to be around and especially to work with. Easily share our knowledge abd tips to make everything the best it can be. Always willong to help others or someone who is struggling

We wrok together great through communication and showing up to support each either when in need.

Co-workers aren't team players, the focus should be on growing together not individually

City really cares and it shows.

City is very high energy and forward thinking.

There is very rarely a dull moment and plenty of opportunities to learn new things.

Open communication. Thre only thing bad is when new work keeps getting added with no increase in pay. We are busy enough without being overloaded with more complicated equipment with no training

I love that we have the freedom to work on many different assets. From ( machinary, flooring, plumbing, electric ), just about anything our customers need repaired.

What makes me happy is when the customer shows that they appreciate what you're doing for them. The satisfaction of doing something and doing it well.

Workload often times is excessive. Too many jobs for 1 technician to handle
