The people are what makes this company. Every. Last. Person. I don't understand how so many great people could work at one company.

I'd never been in an environment full of so many capable, friendly, interesting people before working at CivicActions. Our company retreats feel more like family reunions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very positive and encouraging work environment. Managers are supportive and understanding. New people are welcomed with open arms. Plus the work-life balance is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership/management team is approachable and very transparent about company goings-on. Plus, they are capable and talented leaders who understand that the company's most valuable asset is us!
