Having the flexibility to work from home and the respect of a livable wage. The camaraderie and genuine integrity baked into CivicActions workflow.

They really care about the team and the culture. It's not just lip service, commitment and support is built into the company's DNA.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team members actively support and praise achievements and mistakes are learned from instead of punished. Work/Life balance is important and we are actively encouraged not to overwork.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was extensive but at one point the interview was turned on its head when I was asked to spend the last 20 minutes quizzing the team members on the call about their experiences and their thoughts on the company.
