Love my coworkers, but am severely burnt out & bitter at the Ops team for their atrocious mismanagement - they have no clue how to manage project finances. Tons of people are leaving. Certain departments are grossly understaffed, certain demographics very underpaid. Chronic burnout with no reprieve.

I love my project team; great people, great projects, clear goals outlined in Agile sprints.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the women on the executive team. The men have no clue what they're doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can bring your whole self to work and really be who you are. Culture is very open, supportive, and accepting of people from all walks of life.
