What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to gain experience, willing to learn, stand up to bad decisions, act in the best interest of the customer and truthful about being an average service company than a software AI company. No focus and support for the employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity potential but it declines fast
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The customer and employee turnover is out of control leading to poor compensation for the effort.
There is no incentive to work hard and there is no future about the company.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, Time Management, Trust, and focusing on your own job and not others. Let people do their jobs it's not your responsibility to back seat manage other people on other teams.

Dont need to meet with executives
