Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The customer and employee turnover is out of control leading to poor compensation for the effort.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Need to gain experience, willing to learn, stand up to bad decisions, act in the best interest of the customer and truthful about being an average service company than a software AI company. No focus and support for the employees.
