What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO and Executive members lead by example and remain accessible for everyone, at all levels of the organization.
They don't command but work together with everyone and that makes life easy and our job more enjoyable

What is the best part about your compensation package?
That clarins pays 100% of our medical aid
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We travel around the city a lot and most of the time buy our own supplies to push sales and so forth

We are one big united family

Purtroppo l’azienda non incentiva i rapporti tra collaboratori anzi li mette in competizio
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is diverse, they respect and understand everyone's culture
Depends on which store you are in but mostly positive. Sometimes I'll work in a store with too much drama but can stay out of it easily

Interacting with clients and providing solution to their needs
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The monotany of a sales retail job, also the brick and mortar stores are losing sales to online orders, makes it a bit more difficult to work with low traffic
