The environment and culture the firm has cultivated lends to a family-like atmosphere. Everyone seems to know everyone (in a good way!)

The leadership is transparent, honest, and down to earth. They take a genuine interest in each of the stewards (employees) in the firm.

Each member of the team brings their own unique strengths. Everyone is known as the individual that they are. No one is a number.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The firm tried to sell themselves to me equally as much as I was trying to sell myself to them. They answered all of my questions throughout the interview process with honesty and humility.
