What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always so supportive of new, innovative ideas. I am early in my career and feel that my ideas and skill development truly matter to the firm's leadership at every level. This type of support is rare and makes the company's leadership and culture unique.

Firm leadership has put a particular emphasis on transparency recently including around COVID-19 and business health, diversity, equity, and inclusion at the firm, and has even promoted transparency in HR and promotion processes

Everyone always tries to do their best, but the firm is also very understanding about human needs. The head of my team routinely asks us to rate how happy/challenged/busy we feel, and takes concrete actions if any of those ratings are negative.

I'm on the corporate team, and had been interning at the company. My interview was very low stakes, but I really enjoyed that it focused a lot on me and my goals, as part of how I was fit for the company.
