What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent and non-hierarchical. Just because someone is "above" you doesn't mean they aren't willing to partner with you on a project and offer support.

Everyone always tries to do their best, but the firm is also very understanding about human needs. The head of my team routinely asks us to rate how happy/challenged/busy we feel, and takes concrete actions if any of those ratings are negative.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to know several interviewers on a personal level before diving into professional questions. It made me feel much more comfortable as a college student and first-time interviewer.
