Great team work and ethical treatment of everyone, but is not bureaucratic with a lot of hoops to jump through.

My team! I work with the best and brightest people in St. Louis and I really enjoy that we are co-workers and friends.

I have been here a VERY long time and things have changes since I got hired, so I can't really speak to what I like most.
