What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not yelling at subcontractors or subcontractor employees. Being professional, and treating people decent even if they're having issues with proper PPE we're following Clayco guidelines.

Leadership team should try to be more authentic,have good foresight and plan for the company and be more transparent with employees
