What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not yelling at subcontractors or subcontractor employees. Being professional, and treating people decent even if they're having issues with proper PPE we're following Clayco guidelines.
Leadership team should try to be more authentic,have good foresight and plan for the company and be more transparent with employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid for cell phone and parking. Free food everyday.
Great healthcare and amazing bonus structure.

Clayco management makes this job more stressful than it already is with this much stress compensation should be higher

Fairness and equity. Nice people. Part of larger company.
Clayco runs like a large company with all the benefits and perks but functions like a small company when it comes to employee relationships.
It's a large company, but it has a small family feel. People are understanding and no one is micromanaging you. Everyone wants you to thrive and grow in your role. You're definitely not held back.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Clayco management following the safety guidelines and enforcing them per Clayco disciplinary actions, not screaming and yelling at people like a child and making people feel uncomfortable and not come to work
What did you like most about the interview process?
Recuriter was great. Lots of communication never left me in the dark about anything

There are lots of people talking to you.
That was a very long time ago
I got to meet 1-1 with different leaders/team members. It wasn't a robotic conversation, which made me more relaxed, and gave me a better opportunity to sell my skillset.
