- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Clayco management makes this job more stressful than it already is with this much stress compensation should be higher
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Not yelling at subcontractors or subcontractor employees. Being professional, and treating people decent even if they're having issues with proper PPE we're following Clayco guidelines.
