The management is terrable. They dont understand where the build proccess is at and act as if everything is new news when something os not ready for the next step. Clayco managment is know to come unglued on subcontractor employees by screaming and yelling at them. Causing employees to quit PDX-179

Clayco management makes this job more stressful than it already is with this much stress compensation should be higher
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not yelling at subcontractors or subcontractor employees. Being professional, and treating people decent even if they're having issues with proper PPE we're following Clayco guidelines.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Clayco management following the safety guidelines and enforcing them per Clayco disciplinary actions, not screaming and yelling at people like a child and making people feel uncomfortable and not come to work
