The bonuses are nice and we get a fair number of days off.

It's a small team and we are very collaborative. Work is spread evenly and we all pitch in when it's crunch time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The door is open. You can always reach out to them with an idea or suggestion and know that they are at least open to considering what you have to say.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with the CEO but he was pretty informal and we had a good talk. It was cool to hear how excited he got about certain aspects of the business.
