I am compensated well. I know we are an early startup but as soon as it makes financial sense it would be nice to have a retirement plan. right now that is made up for with equity plans.

Shared responsibility in all things

everyone generally enjoys working here and seems like there is not really any interpersonal issues. People generally think in terms of how they can help instead of "that is not my job"

What did you like most about the interview process?

A little longer than necessary, but still enjoyable

as for engineers, the technical portion is not as hard as google or facebook but is challenging. Shyft looks for employees that fit the startup needs, so if you are not the type of person that works well in that environment it is not a good fit.
