Its a dangerous hard working job , feels like it could be compesated better

We are very under valued and very under payed. There has been no raises for the past 4 years. Management does not communicate with other departments. There is virtually zero room to move up or get promoted to a better position. Management plays favorites. Been with the company 15 years
