A team that works rogether and always making sure they know how to take care of members with the right answers and sultions to problems

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talk to people with respect (st louis lambert airport)
Not retaining employees who are incapable of doing the job correctly. Communication with team members and incentives to employees that have excellent work ethics and skills.
Communication, management, organization, and honesty
leadership means being honest and being a strong team mate that leads by example
Hire ambassadors part time. This is a grueling 8 hours on your feet leaving a worker exhausted and not able to do anything else but sleep after a shift. Fulm time doesn't allow a life for a student. Plus there is no growth. Management told Senior Ambassadors not to even apply for management position

helps pay for school but difficult to see how
I think the compensation is fair enough to go with
That I'm able to earn more money on top of my hourly pay.

I feel that because this company has impacted so much in the world they could have been doing more with benefits that will benefit the employees more. With better medical and pay.
Better hourly rate and better commissions on sales.
No one mentions my hard work, no thank you nothing. just taken advantage of
Absolutely. They try to keep us from reaching HR. If youre not a top seller, youre nothing. Always an explination about our commission. This is about SJU, no shade.
Only 2 breaks, no time to sit down, heavy stress due to security and members being on edge

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop trash talking to managers and orher employees. Theyre not helpful and dont try to show new employees thibgs, just let them get thrown out there to learn and struggle by themself.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Horrible managemenr at st louis lambert airport they talk to you crazy but want you to work hard. Its really disrespectful & uncomfortable working with managers thats sleeps with they employees
Bureaucratic, slow moving. Poor product management and design. Continual failed efforts to address new market segments and new technologies, but not set up as a technology company. It's a brand company at best.
