Hire ambassadors part time. This is a grueling 8 hours on your feet leaving a worker exhausted and not able to do anything else but sleep after a shift. Fulm time doesn't allow a life for a student. Plus there is no growth. Management told Senior Ambassadors not to even apply for management position
