Not bullying people and treating people inhumane . Making uo there own rules . No grace period firing for one min of tardiness to best sales. Buying only shay and deshun coffee daily gossiping about us in our face . Deshun shay amd danny sleep in the office watch shoes shop but we a min late and fir
maybe less sexual harassment from managers
Not retaining employees who are incapable of doing the job correctly. Communication with team members and incentives to employees that have excellent work ethics and skills.

leadership means being honest and being a strong team mate that leads by example
Hire ambassadors part time. This is a grueling 8 hours on your feet leaving a worker exhausted and not able to do anything else but sleep after a shift. Fulm time doesn't allow a life for a student. Plus there is no growth. Management told Senior Ambassadors not to even apply for management position
Horrible and treat people unfair
They need to pay us and not play favs
