Innovation, technology, compensation. Less restrictive work from home policies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bureaucratic, slow moving. Poor product management and design. Continual failed efforts to address new market segments and new technologies, but not set up as a technology company. It's a brand company at best.
