Not bullying people and treating people inhumane . Making uo there own rules . No grace period firing for one min of tardiness to best sales. Not retaining employees who are incapable of doing the job correctly. Communication with team members and incentives to employees that have excellent work ethics and skills.

I feel that because this company has impacted so much in the world they could have been doing more with benefits that will benefit the employees more. With better medical and pay.
Better hourly rate and better commissions on sales.

Absolutely. They try to keep us from reaching HR. If youre not a top seller, youre nothing. Always an explination about our commission. This is about SJU, no shade.
Only 2 breaks, no time to sit down, heavy stress due to security and members being on edge
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop trash talking to managers and orher employees. Theyre not helpful and dont try to show new employees thibgs, just let them get thrown out there to learn and struggle by themself.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be honest with their availability instead of promising people, one thing and giving them another and shine and Shay needs to cut the crap Because as soon as new hires get on the floor, they say it doesn't feel like a family at all so she can just save rhat

Horrible managemenr at st louis lambert airport they talk to you crazy but want you to work hard. Its really disrespectful & uncomfortable working with managers thats sleeps with they employees
Bureaucratic, slow moving. Poor product management and design. Continual failed efforts to address new market segments and new technologies, but not set up as a technology company. It's a brand company at best.
