The people working in the trenches with you are wonderful and very intelligent. The past 24 months have been consistently understaffed and over 55 hours needed to keep up with the workflow. They use Radford for compensation comparisons, but still come in at the bottom end of the market for salary
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is 10-15k lower than it should be considering across the spectrum considering the niche knowledge required
