Everything. Literally, their system of management needs a lot of work. employee turnover is the highest in any company I have been in.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the last three years raises have been minimal, that barely cover the increased costs of the worsening benefit package they offer. It was even mentioned in an All Hands meeting that they actively try to not increase wages at the rate of inflation or cost of living increases.

Better Pay. Better co-worker communication

Yes i feel under valued.

Salary is 10-15k lower than it should be considering across the spectrum considering the niche knowledge required

Either feeling comfortable working 40 hours at the end of the week or being compensated fairly for working 60.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interview essentially came down to how well you could handle being berated.

When you hire someone for a position, that's the position. Don't disguise it as "you'd be a better fit over here" and force the move just because you're short staffed in customer service. Hire people who actually want to work in customer service!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

No training around enabling client success, which is ironically a pillar for the company. Some people at the company that the higher levels actually care about will work 25 hours a week...because they can and have been enabled. Otherwise, customer service is non existent.
