The people I work with a very passionate about our customers. You can feel it in conversations and see it in their actions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ownership and responsibility. They not only pay attention to issues & challenges, but they take ownership over the plan to resolve and execute. The leadership team at Cleo is also extremely collaborative.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are diverse and spread across the world. Our department is also new so many processes and functions need to be designed. The collaborative abilities of my team to come together and create has been very exciting.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I personally interviewed over 6 years ago so the process is a little different today. But today you will get to meet not only your direct manager, but likely the department head, and VP & C-Level leadership during rounds of interviews.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a diverse world wide company, while remaining small enough for every employee to have personal interaction with our CEO and leadership team. When you are that closely connected to leadership, you can make an impact and truly be involved in shaping and contributing to the company culture.
