I had the opportunity to meet several of Cleo’s leaders while interviewing for the role. It gave me a strong sense of what to expect before ever joining the compan
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Cleo sets the tone for the whole company, and the tone they have set is one of thoughtfulness and direction. They own their outcomes and lead without egos.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have had a hand in creating my own team culture and I believe we have strong unity across the team. Everyone has shown strong interest in supporting each other and jumping in where needed.
