Everyone is very focused on growth, whether that pertains to personal growth or the growth of the company. Cleo is very serious about the growth in skills and success of its employees, which makes everyone feel like they are lasting investments in the success of the whole company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is paid out fairly, and there are massive opportunities for growth at this stage in the company. I have great medical benefits that will provide me with any coverage I need. This company rewards people that work hard, and management makes sure that their top performers are compensated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Cleo will make time for anyone. They make themselves available no matter how busy they are. I just started at Cleo and everyone has been encouraging about reaching out and asking questions and getting to know everyone at the company. The leadership team delivers on its vision.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's apparent during the interview process that Cleo is very serious about who they consider and who they hire. They are looking for the next leaders and managers, that will help the company to continue to scale and grow. At the same time, the interview process was very open and sincere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Similar to the management at this company, the SDR team is extremely open to helping one another and is focused on the success of the team. They celebrate each other's successes and are willing to lend a hand when needed. I wouldn't have the same level of success without the team I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
As an SDR, I get to talk to companies whose products I personally use or know. And during those conversations, we uncover problems that we can solve for those customers. I love helping people and solving problems, so it's the best feeling to see the direct impact we have on the top and bottom line.
