Communication is not effective between departments. Updating all departments when changes take place to determine the impact on internal and external customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As the primary point of contact (often the only point of contact) for customers, students, solicitors, non customers, etc. - the timely support, knowledge and skill that we deliver during the interaction not only sets the tone but may determine the length and strength of the business relationship.
