What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to work towards a common goal and not get caught up in organizational politics or functional boundaries. The "this is someone else's job" way of thinking needs to go away, and people need to stop getting so caught up in the outcomes or the WIIFM so much.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The communication was transparent throughout the process and despite the extremely long interview process they managed to keep my interest going.
