It's been a mixed experience. While it has been positive monetarily, and being associated with CleverTap is looked up to in the job market, the friction within teams can sometimes be a hinderance. The leadership is sometimes unsure about the decisions they make which doesn't instil a much confidence

They have been able to grow considerably despite being frugal.

It compares well with the industry standard. Also, they do believe in market correction.

A good mix of people with varying experiences and everyone excited about the company's growth.

Knowing my work might have an impact on some of the biggest consumer brands in the world.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The communication was transparent throughout the process and despite the extremely long interview process they managed to keep my interest going.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to work towards a common goal and not get caught up in organizational politics or functional boundaries. The "this is someone else's job" way of thinking needs to go away, and people need to stop getting so caught up in the outcomes or the WIIFM so much.
