What makes you most happy at work?Working alongside and serving a team of humans that are building a quality product, that we all believe in, that is actually solving business problems for our customers is incredibly fulfilling. I love getting to have a hand in curating and adding to our team in a way that furthers that mission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We have a lot of 'fun' activities for folks to engage in (virtual hangouts, retreat, etc.), but beyond the stereotypical 'cultural building activities' our team is also incredibly bullish about hiring the right kind of people. This allows us to do exceptional work alongside other quality humans.
What are some of the best things about your team?I was blown away by the quality of humans on this team when I first joined. Everyone has a deep emotional intelligence and is incredibly kind, but not at the expense of skill set. Everyone is also exceptional at their job!
A CRM designed by sales people for sales people. Close is a bootstrapped, profitable, 100% remote, ~80 person team of thoughtful individuals who value autonomy and impact. We’re eager to make a product our customers fall in love with over and over again. We love startups & SMBs. Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that focuses on better communication, without the hassle of manual data entry or complex UI. Our goal: double the productivity of every sales rep.
