Vision and leadership. Always the wrong vision and direction. They have fractured the product and codebase into an incomprehensible mess.

the basic salary 117k, the commission plan is good

Unplug days, off hours meetings are avoided as much as possible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to do more to bring people together. Now that most are remote, close the offices and have global team builds/syncs.

Engineering direction is short sighted. They are trying to do all things but failing and burning up their people in the process

We just doubled in size merging with our competitor and our new team mates are great! Collaborative, smart, hard-working, and passionate!
