What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The aesthetics are just calming, office hours are flexible because we have a hybrid system of working and the support staff in the office are such a hoot.

We are encouraged to bring our whole selves to work. We are collaborative and supportive. It's like a family.

you have to be courageous but at the same time humble for you to fit into the culture.
