It's good with a lot of teamwork and the way they look forward in making everyone understand

we cooperate to solve problems together and also learn together.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I am a one-woman army in US but am part of a very capable global team. What we need is investment in tools to help automate and streamline some manual processes.
