Its very comprehensive and has a lot of extra benefits that are beneficial but beyond what most companies usually offer.
Free health insurance for individuals
Great pay, great stock options. Pretty happy with the compensation.
HR has no better way to keep in touch with its employees other than via this DANG survey!

Everyone is willing to help
It's a yes team. If you have reasonable idea and solid plan, people are onboard quickly.
Everyone shares a commitment to the mission. Everyone is excited to do their job and hold themselves accountable for their own remit.

They treat employees like the adults that we are. You are expected to do your job and what matters is that you produce and contribute.
Everyone is willing to help
It's a very can-do feeling. People hustle because they like what they are doing.
Commitment to creating (and building a more) inclusive environment. Recognition that mistakes happen and a very clear 'no-blame' culture/attitude. Spaces/groups for support based on personal identifiers/allyships such as LGBTQIA+, African diaspora, Parents etc.

It looks at both technical skills/abilities as well as cultural fit

I got to meet a lot of people throughout the process.
The questions asked weren't repeated and were very specific to the role I applied for and/or my specific professional experience. I met with a range of diverse employees, who were also not just from my direct or geo-local team

Really like enteraction with customers and partners. All external is good, undortunately internal politics is toxic and micromanagement

The mission driven projects. Even if you don't like exactly what you're doing each day, it's easy to get behind a company that is working to make things better for everyone.
The work I do has tangible impact on processes. I am trusted to be an expert in my field and feel heard in meetings. My colleagues value me.
