Transparency and honesty in communications to the business. They care greatly about the mission of the company and make that clear. They still meet with candidates as part of the hiring process!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its very comprehensive and has a lot of extra benefits that are beneficial but beyond what most companies usually offer.
Free health insurance for individuals
Great pay, great stock options. Pretty happy with the compensation.
HR has no better way to keep in touch with its employees other than via this DANG survey!
Commuter allowance (for when we return to regular commutes!). Private healthcare/dental. Great support for ensuring unexpected working from home set up was done well/ergonomically, desk, chair, screens etc.

They are creative, intelligent, respectful and hard working.
Everyone is willing to help
It's a yes team. If you have reasonable idea and solid plan, people are onboard quickly.
Everyone shares a commitment to the mission. Everyone is excited to do their job and hold themselves accountable for their own remit.

They treat employees like the adults that we are. You are expected to do your job and what matters is that you produce and contribute.

It's a very can-do feeling. People hustle because they like what they are doing.
