Clover Network Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

This one is tricky, i'm not thrilled with my benefits but management knows and are working on it. I have a feeling that it's going to get a bit better next year, and i'm not stressed about it. Oh, unlimited time off! And we shut down from Xmas to NYE.

Review from Sales Dept

Base salary is reasonable. Benefits are also great

Review from Engineering Dept

The base salary is great.

Review from Operations Dept

Commuter package is nice to have.

Review from Engineering Dept

Total sum and other facilities

Review from Engineering Dept

Bonus plan by far is on par with some of the best in the Silicon valley and that is the best part about the comp package

Review from Engineering Dept

Fully paid medical and fully funded HSA

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary and annual bonus potential

Review from Engineering Dept

Equity is publicly traded. Vesting dates are clear. Accounts are hosted and managed by a major broker. Insurance package is very very good.

Review from Engineering Dept

Bonus and health insurance fully paying HSA account.

Review from Engineering Dept

The annual bonus and the fully-paid health insurance.

Review from Product Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

I think the benefits at Clover are very generous.

The benefits are amazing. I have not yet received a bonus but that could also be helpful.

Review from Product Dept

Clover pays 100% of health, dental, and vision benefits and the commuter program

Review from Operations Dept

Salary level, annual raises, and cash-based bonuses

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits, benefits, benefits - that takes a load off the monthly paycheck. Free meals.

Review from Design Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel confused about my specific role within the organisation.

Review from Product Dept

The base pay should matched with the inflation.

Review from Operations Dept

competitive packages compared to other bay area companies.

Review from Engineering Dept

Change in leadership and lack of communication failed to attribute efforts translating in change in compensation.

Review from Engineering Dept

I've never worked at a company with sooooo much work. Because of the amount of work and impact I'm making in the company, I deserve a higher salary.

Review from Product Dept

Verbal commitments were not met.

Review from Product Dept

Unable to get accurate information from other teams, not being looped in on items that my affect my job.

The on-call support we do is intense. It is 24/7 and the expectation is that if we are paged then one minute after that page we are online and know what is going wrong or what is affected. We are not being paid appropriately for this support and we do it for all of the countries we are in even thoug

Review from Engineering Dept

I'm a remote employee, and I often feel totally forgotten by leadership. My benefits are significantly worse than my coworkers at other locations. I've gotten glowing performance reviews, but a minor raise over the last three years. Every time I ask about benefits/compensation, it falls on dead ears

Review from Engineering Dept

Formal integration with other co-workers. Work on

Review from Design Dept

Raises are very small and only cover inflation. RSUs vest slowly and don't give a lot of incentive to stay at the company. Increasing this amount will help.

Review from Engineering Dept

A raise in salary would be ideal for me
