The culture fosters inclusivity and offers everyone an opportunity to speak up and share their perspective. They also value flexibility and understand we have responsibilities outside of our day to day work environment.
We invest in building connections with each other. The most tangible display of this is that (for those of us who work in our DC office) many of us choose to eat lunch at a large, shared table. We set aside to-do lists and unread emails to connect and enjoy the time.
