How can I get hired at CNH Industrial N.V. as a recent grad?
Don't. The odds of having a bad experience as a recent grad at this company are enormous. Any experience that you get there will not improve your resume. My advice to any recent grad is to stay clear.
How's the morale at CNH Industrial N.V.?
Horrible! It is the worst place ever to work! You are treated like a token on a chess board and once you reach 55 they figure out a way to get rid of you! They are the most unethical company ever! Walk away from this company; don't even think of wasting your time in applying for a job at CNH!!! No one should be treated the way they treat employees!

Usually there is no rhyme or reason behind layoffs at CNH. They definitely target the older people! Once you are 55 you better start counting your days as you are a moving target and they will get you! Let them give you a package when you leave! Worst company ever and the mgmt fails to realize they will eventually be 55 and a retiree from that CNH! Best advice no ever start working there!
