Such a low base. Phantom stock is paid out over years which much of the time is longer than average tenure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So dang qualified. Alot of really hardworking committed team members. Always willing to help when it's needed. Most of whom are really kind and appreciative.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were smart enough to build the company and its infrastructure, no small thing. Leadership below C level is full of very smart kind and competent people.
