Pay is not even close to being competitive, many areas of the company are completely under valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very solution oriented. We navigate tasks efficiently and assess problems efficiently as well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If the CEO didn't micromanage every team and override all decisions

Everyone is always down to help!
