We celebrate every win no matter how small - could be something as simple as booking a great meeting.
Trust and open communication with employees.
Winning as a team, we don't blame others for failure, we work together toward common goals.
I have never seen a company more committed to living out their stated values from the executive team down, and team up to executives.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't feel like an interrogation. It was a conversation with good interaction with the team.
Getting to talk with future team members.
