    There has been more awareness and education with regards to gender and ensuring the necessary awareness and respect is shown to all people. In terms of diversity, there is a lack of minority representation in leadership, although the CEO is a minority. There seems to be a proclivity of filling these leadership roles with primarily a Caucasian population. When there has been minorities in management roles, they have either been a poor choice or fit for the role.
