how has gender diversity been addressed in company policy/culture/development?
There has been more awareness and education with regards to gender and ensuring the necessary awareness and respect is shown to all people. In terms of diversity, there is a lack of minority representation in leadership, although the CEO is a minority. There seems to be a proclivity of filling these leadership roles with primarily a Caucasian population. When there has been minorities in management roles, they have either been a poor choice or fit for the role.
For the extroverts out there, how do you do the usual day to day human interaction, face to face when working with distribuited teams?
In terms of communication,no different than one would, if they were on-site. We do have to be sensitive to time zones and understand other relevant considerations
