What's the company culture like at KnowBe4?
So unique, relaxed, and fun! I love it here!
Amazingly easy to work in. The people are friendly and fun - and everybody matters.
Fun! We keep the focus on getting things done fast and correctly but we always make sure we're having fun while we do it. From snacks to no door policies there is no reason to fret because they do everything they can to help with whatever they can!

They don't do remote work, sorry. I think some developer roles are allowed to work remote.

What's the work from home policy like at KnowBe4?
Sick people and some developer roles can work from home, most other people have to be in the office.
It is great. You can do this with your manager's approval whenever you need to.
How common is it to switch departments or teams at KnowBe4?
It is not uncommon as KnowBe4 internal promotions are high. Positions open and are added regularly so internal staff always have an option to apply. Usually, you have to be in a position for some months before you can transfer but some positions are easier to promote than others.
Not common unless you request it or apply for it. There is a lot of growth so you can go up the food chain more rapidly.
How's the vacation policy at KnowBe4?
6 weeks paid time off!

The people are great. Everyone is smiling, happy and energetic and the morning meetings are electric

Not hard at all. Show you can handle it and there is always room to grow. There were almost 150 internal promotions in 2018 and HR is on track to do over 200 internal promotions in 2019

I heard back the same day. Some people hear back a week later
How long does it take to hear back after applying to KnowBe4?
It can take a little while, but KnowBe4 is ALWAYS hiring a ton of positions, so just keep trying, trust me, it's worth it!

CASUAL! Wear whatever you want "as long as you don't get arrested on your way to work"

They mostly do internal promotions, so very often. There were almost 150 internal promotions in 2018, and they're on track for over 200 in 2019.
What are the differences between maternity and paternity leave at KnowBe4?
Same thing here! They just call it parental leave. They give 8 weeks paid time off, followed by 4 more weeks unpaid. Plus you can use your 6 weeks paid time off for even more leave.

easy going and fun - hey it's a software company - we come to work in yoga pants, shorts or flip flops

Fun and chill at the same time - typical hours are 40 with unlimited PTO so if we work longer, there is flexibility to handle anything needed

Fun! lots of sports, our next planned outing should be a cruise. We've had movie nights, dinner, all sorts of cool stuff.
